Habit Battles is a habit tracking application that allows users to create and participate in habit-building challenges with friends and track their progress.

To use certain features of Habit Battles, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Habit Battles. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Habit Battles offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Champion subscriptions are billed according to the terms presented at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

7. Termination

Habit Battles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habit Battles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
